In a group with Will Carty, Cara Dougherty, and Meghan Sawyer, we chose the app, iNaturalist, to redesign. iNaturalist is an app that automates and tracks biodiversity from user submissions around the globe. Users can make Observations, journals, and there is a massive database of knowledge and research within the app.

Benchmarking
We looked at apps that had social/user-to-user interaction features. iNaturalist has great information but the user-to-user interactions aren't strong.
